PRINTOOLS connects to the tools and suppliers your shop already uses. This section explains what each integration does and how to set it up. You will find them in the app under Settings → Integrations. A connection applies to your whole team, not just the person who set it up. There are two kinds.

Link a supplier and their catalogue arrives in PRINTOOLS with live wholesale pricing and stock levels. Quoting then uses today’s cost instead of a spreadsheet someone exported last quarter, and you can see whether stock exists before promising a lead time.

What connecting actually does

Connecting creates a secure link with the partner. PRINTOOLS stores an access token, never your password, and each integration’s features switch on once the link is active. Disconnecting revokes the token — data already imported or pushed stays where it is.
Integrations are configured in the app and have no API surface. The /v1 API can push an invoice through a connection that already exists (invoices.sync), but it cannot create, change or read the connection itself. See what is not exposed.
