Combined operations

A full-detail read or conversion may need permissions on more than one resource. For example, quote-to-job conversion requires both quotes.write and jobs.write. Follow the scope list on the operation page rather than assuming one resource scope is sufficient. A 403 can mean a required scope or an actor permission is missing. Authentication is described separately under Authentication.
