PRINTOOLS is listed in the Claude connector directory. There are two connectors, and using both gives your agent the best results:

PRINTOOLS Docs

Gives Claude these docs, so it knows how PRINTOOLS works and how to use it well.
Add both. The PRINTOOLS connector lets Claude act on your shop data. The Docs connector teaches it how features, workflows and settings are meant to work. Together, Claude can answer “how do I…” questions and then do the work for you.

Open the listing

Go to PRINTOOLS in the Claude directory, or search PRINTOOLS under Customize → Connectors → Browse connectors.

Connect

Select Connect and complete the PRINTOOLS OAuth sign-in and consent.

Add the Docs connector

Repeat for PRINTOOLS Docs. It’s read-only and needs no sign-in to your shop.

Enable in a conversation

Turn both connectors on for your chat through + → Connectors.
On Team and Enterprise workspaces, an owner may need to allow the connectors under Organization settings → Connectors first. Each member then connects with their own PRINTOOLS account.

As a custom connector

If you can’t use the directory listing, add PRINTOOLS manually. Open Customize → Connectors, choose + → Add custom connector, and enter the name PRINTOOLS with this server URL:
Create the connector, select Connect, and complete PRINTOOLS OAuth sign-in and consent. See Claude’s custom connector instructions for account-specific controls.

Claude Code

Register the remote HTTP server:
Inside Claude Code, run /mcp, select PRINTOOLS, and complete the OAuth flow when prompted. Check connection status before requesting shop data. See Claude Code’s MCP documentation for configuration scope and authentication controls.

First request

Read my current PRINTOOLS organization, then find a few recent quotes without changing anything.
The available settings action can confirm the organization. The returned tool catalogue depends on your consented scopes; do not assume that every action in another person’s connection is available in yours. With the Docs connector on, try:
